Clinical Research Center Request for Services

• Investigators may initiate a new service request or view their previously submitted service requests by clicking on the "Submit a Protocol" tab below. Once logged in click on the tab "Current/Past Application" -> Begin a New Application -> CRC Request
• Reviewers may access service requests awaiting review or view previously submitted service requests by clicking on the "View/Review Existing Protocols" tab below.
• Committee Members may view service requests to be discussed, and service requests previously discussed by clicking on the "View/Review Existing Protocols" tab.
• Administrators may select review by date, assign reviewers, approve requests, initiate approval letters, and make revisions to submitted requests by clicking on the "View/Review Existing Protocols" tab below.
